At D-Spec, every product is prepared with precision and tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Below are the terms that apply to returns and tuning adjustments.
1. Returns – Unused Products
Non-custom items (accessories, non-electronic parts) can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:
New, uninstalled
In their original packaging, in perfect condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized in advance by our team.
2. ECUs and Electronic Components
Reprogrammed ECUs are considered custom products and are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on ECU remapping.
This means that if adjustments are needed after installation (e.g. engine behavior isn’t optimal, rider preferences change), we’ll provide one re-tune free of charge under the following conditions:
The ECU was either supplied by the customer or purchased from D-Spec and remains in good condition
The bike and usage match the initial setup discussed
No external damage or alterations have occurred since delivery
We strongly recommend contacting us promptly if you notice any inconsistency or feel a re-tune is needed. A return form will be provided if necessary.
In the rare event that an electronic component (ECU, module, etc.) is defective upon receipt, or under special circumstances, we’ll review the situation case by case.

3. Processing Times
No returns accepted after 30 days
Refunds, if authorized, will be processed within 2–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the product
Software adjustments may require a few days depending on workload
